Makhathini Projects was established in 1996 by Mr Mbuso Makhahtini. Makhathini Projects has during its 26 years developed into forming a highly skilled construction company. The company is registered on the CIDB database as a class 8GB and 8CE contractor. Makhathini Projects has been registered with the NHBRC since inception and remains in good standing. Makhathini Projects is fully BBBEE compliant and functions as a Level 1 contributor.

Property Development
On a limited and selective basis we develop properties for our own and/or Client’s account. This incorporates all of the aspects as outlined under Turnkey Design and Construct but includes the procurement of project finance (both development and term finance).
Health and Safety
Our key strategic objective is the achievement of “zero harm”. Management ensures that safety is not compromised in any circumstances by taking responsibility for employee safety leading by example, encouraging positive safety behaviour and discouraging negative behaviour. Zero tolerance to non compliance of safety standards is applied.
